At Ideal Concept Farms Limited (ICF), we’re committed to revolutionizing local goat and sheep genetics by importing and breeding purebred animals from South Africa. These animals are chosen for their rapid growth, high reproduction rate, and superior genetics compared to local breeds. Our primary goal is to make goat and sheep farming a profitable endeavour for small-scale farmers. We aim to do this by providing them access to select purebred animals for crossbreeding, thereby enhancing the genetics of their local goats and sheep.

Our genetic offerings include pure meat goats such as Boer, Savanna, and Red Kalahari. Additionally, we offer crossbred goats for training purposes, demonstrating to farmers how they can enhance their local goat genetics by crossbreeding with speciality purebred goats. In response to community demand for diversity and preferences, we’re also in the process of introducing Dorper sheep to our speciality of pure genetics commercial livestock pool.
