Who we are

Established on June 15, 2022, Ideal Concept Farms Limited (ICF) is a Kenyan-based agricultural enterprise with a primary focus on growing Hass avocados and macadamia nuts for the export market. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our diverse range of activities, which include beekeeping, meat goat breeding, the production and sale of high-quality fodder, agritourism, training, and the provision of farming advisory services.

Our journey began in June 2021 with the completion and adoption of a business plan recommending the establishment of our first avocado and macadamia orchard. As of May 2024, we are proud to manage four farms with approximately 1,400 thriving trees. We are currently working on an immediate expansion plan to significantly increase our orchards and complementary farming activities footprint.

At ICF, we are dedicated to creating a sustainable agribusiness portfolio that can withstand future challenges, including environmental, social, economic, and technological. To this end, we have implemented multiple measures, such as efficient water storage and irrigation systems, to address climate change challenges. In addition, we have established grassroots groups of Outgrowers and Partnerships to anchor our roots in the local community, as well as fully embracing the use of modern technology in decision-making and marketing.

ICF's ultimate goal is to make a positive social and economic impact on the communities we serve through our commitment to sustainable modern farming practices that foster economic prosperity and community empowerment.
